The Catalyst family gets to learn from some of the best in terms of discipline, determination and respect. Our instructors have the motivation to stay healthy both mentally and physically, therefore setting a great example to our students. Catalyst students appreciate the level of instruction and comfortable atmosphere that our teachers provide. Instructors' specialties range from gi, no gi, wrestling, competition training, and child instruction.
